Flying Away
Today was a long day. You know what I mean, when everything keeps happening, but it never is bedtime. I have finally made it to that great time of the day, when I curl up under the covers and fall asleep.
CREED sings a song where they say, "When dreaming, I'm guided through another world, time and time again. At sunrise I fight to stay asleep, 'cause I don't want to leave the comfort of this place...”
I completely agree. I rarely can remember my dreams when I wake, but almost always I am taken to a different place. My dreams are filled with adventure and strange events that really could never take place in real life, but still I enjoy them. My favorite dreams are when I get to fly. I'm not able to just take off from any one spot, but I have to run as fast as I can and jump like superman with my arms in front of me. Once I take off it usually is smooth sailing, except for my landings which always seems to be a little bumpy. But the feeling is amazing.

Anyway, my favorite dreams are the one's that make me laugh when I wake up. Either because the are really bizaar or because someone in my dream does something that's normally very out of character for them. Like the time you made me jump off of a fair boat into chilly water because you thought I'd find a burried treasure...did i ever tell you that one?? Ha!
