Super Bowl Monday
Yes, we still watch the Super Bowl. We just watch it on Monday. It played very early on Monday morning and since we have to work today, we taped it. Yesterday was spent in the kitchen preparing desserts and snacks to be eaten during the Monday night party and today is spent avoiding the Internet. For some reason every website, so it seems, displays the winner. Apparently no one seems to care that the rest of the world has to wait to watch the game.
We enjoy throwing parties here at Thrive, well at least my housemates and I do. Therefore tonight has been set up with three large couches, a big screen, projector, and tons of food. Within a few hours my living room will be filled with laughter, screaming, face stuffing, protesting, and utter glee as the game unfolds. All I can say is, "Go Steelers!"Labels: Friendship, Fun
